King Abdullah Institute for Nanotechnology (KAIN) solely represents King Saud University in the Exhibition of the International Remote Sensing Conference

The booth of King Abdullah Institute for Nanotechnology in the exhibition of the International Remote Sensing Conference was stopped by His Highness Prince Dr. Turki bin Saud bin Mohammed Al Saud, President of King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) in the opening ceremony of the conference. He was welcomed by Dean of the KAIN, Dr. Aws Alshamsan and the Deputy Dean for Research Affairs, Dr. Ali Aldalbahi. Dr. Alshamsan explained in brief about KAIN activities and achievements. Prince Turki expressed his admiration for the achievements of the research efforts and the quality of the output by KAIN. During the conference period, KAIN received a number of visitors interested in nanotechnology. It is worth mentioning that the participation of KAIN in this exhibition, hold at the Intercontinental Hotel during the period 17-20 January 2016, comes in the context of achieving the strategic objectives of KAIN and KSU to build bridges of communication towards a sustainable future, to disseminate scientific awareness of nanoscience and nanotechnology, and to contribute to building a knowledge-based economy.
