As part of its strategic partnership, King Saud University (KSU) and the Saudi Alzheimer’s Disease Association (SADA) organized an awareness exhibition 6th – 11th October and was under the patronage of the Princess Madhawi bint Mohammed bin Abdullah Al- Saud, vice chairman of the SADA and attended by Vice-Rector for Female Student Affairs Dr. Ghada Bin Saif, Vice-Rector's Assistant for Academic Affairs Dr. May Al-Muammar and Vice-Rector's Assistant for Administrative and Financial Affairs Dr. Ghziel Saad Al-Eisa.

The exhibition aimed to provide information about Alzheimer's, the proper home and hospital environment for Alzheimer's patients, and how to deal and cope with it. In addition, a virtual reality experience offered to give an insight into life with Alzheimer's. the university was enthusiastic to arrange some students of school girls to the exhibition to raise the level of awareness amongst them.

This exhibition was organized by the College of Applied Medical Sciences in cooperation with the Community Partnership Office, in addition to the participation of the University Medical City, KSU Press, the Saudi Society of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.

Princess Madhawi Al- Saud valued the role of KSU in supporting the SADA through the adoption of many activities and awareness programs that reflect KSU's responsibility for the community.
