The plan of the College of Computer and Information Sciences to receive male and female students for test attendance during the Covid-19 pandemic

The college, with its male and female sections, made exceptional efforts to receive its sons and daughters, male and female students, during the period of in-person examinations, through the application of health protocols to limit the spread of the Covid-19 virus announced by the Ministry of Health.

The main preparations were as follows:

A checkpoint at the entrance to ensure that each student is examined before they reach the hall and mingle with others.

It includes measuring the temperature with a device approved by the Food and Drug Authority and asking about respiratory symptoms (cough or shortness of breath).

Instructions for entering the building have been developed and precautionary measures have been applied at the entrances to the college,

with care being taken to educate students to adhere to preventive precautions.

Floor stickers were also placed to determine the distances between male and female students at elevators and places of crowding and waiting.

Posters were placed on chairs in lecture halls or waiting areas to guide the seating so that the instructions ensure a safe distance of one and a half meters between every two available seats.

Chairs were distributed in the college laboratories with a distance of more than one and a half meters between students and the college halls to achieve a safe distance between students and to ensure their safety to perform the exams in an appropriate manner.
