A university’s e-mail is one of the most frequently used services by its employees. It has been provided to its community for official university communications during their time at University. It displays their belonging to the university when they communicate to external correspondents.

The KSU providing E-mail storage capacity for his employees in three categories: 2 GB, 5 GB and 10 GB. KSU provides 2 GB storage capacity to most of employees and it can be upgraded to the next level (5 GB) once the used percentage of the storage capacity has reached 80%.

The university employee can request to increase e-mail capacity storage level by accessing customer care website.

Further, in case of upgrade request to 10 GB, the university employee must submit approval form of his/her higher authority by accessing customer care website (https://itsupport.ksu.edu.sa/).
