    Vice-Rector for Female Student Affairs, Dr. Einas Al-Eisa, inaugurated the 2nd Women's leadership Development Forum on Monday 22/1/2018 which aimed to strengthen the communication and exchange expertise between experienced female leaders and new ones.   The two-day forum was a platform for enriching knowledge by showcasing the role of female leaders in the decision making that influences the national comprehensive development.

     The forum began with a recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an and a welcoming speech from the Head of the Scientific Committee, Dr. Huda Al-Marshad, expressing that this forum is proceeding from KSU's second strategic objective to attract and develop distinctive faculties. Dr. Einas Al-Eisa expressed her sincere gratitude for the organizers of the meeting, guests and attendees. She added that the forum comes in the framework of KSU's efforts to encourage the role of the female leaderships to attract and develop distinctive faculties. She also emphasized the vital role of the vice deans and department deputies and commended their efforts for faculties and students and assured to support their demands and needs for a better communication. After that, Dr. Eman Abu Khodair , Dr. Hana Al-Nuaim and Dr. Maha Al-Qunaibit ,who left a mark on the development of the female leadership, delivered  inspirational speeches, and  shared their rich experiences and knowledge to build a better society . By the end of the meeting, Dr. Einas Al-Eisa awarded the inspirational speakers, workshops presenters, and the organizers.

     The forum included workshops and targeted vice-deans of colleges and deanships, departments’ deputies and managers to exchange expertise and successful practices for achieving and increasing quality of education outputs.
