The University Teaching Fellowship Program at King Saud University gains its importance from aligning with the university’s commitment to continuous improvement and academic excellence. The program aims to develop faculty members’ competencies based on the university’s teaching competency framework. It also supports the university’s fifth strategic goal: enhancing the efficiency of its human resources.
This, in turn, strengthens the inclusive academic environment and supports King Saud University’s broader goals of consolidating knowledge and preparing students for the job market by addressing their diverse needs as well as those of the community.
