Dean of the College of Medicine Honors Outstanding Contributors in Volunteer Work

The Dean of the College of Medicine, Dr. Bandar Al-Jafan, honored yesterday, Wednesday, 17 December 2025, the recipients of certificates of appreciation and the Gold and Silver Medals for volunteer work, at the College Council headquarters, in the presence of the college vice deans and heads of academic departments.

Those honored included Dr. Abdulrahman Mohammed Al-Asim, student Sara Abdulrahman Al-Harbi, and student Abdullah Nasser Al-Asiri, in recognition of their effective contributions and outstanding efforts in supporting volunteer initiatives within the college.

Dr. Al-Jafn emphasized that this recognition comes within the framework of the college’s commitment to promoting a culture of volunteerism and motivating its members toward initiative and giving, in alignment with the university’s mission and its societal role.

It is noteworthy that the College of Medicine is keen to honor distinguished individuals in various fields, in support of the journey of academic and humanitarian excellence, and in reinforcing the values of social responsibility.
