“College of Medicine, represented by the Department of Internal Medicine, Hosts Lecture on the Latest Therapeutic Innovations for Asthma and COPD”

The Pulmonology Unit at the Department of Internal Medicine, College of Medicine, organized a scientific lecture yesterday evening titled “Latest Advances in the Treatment of Asthma and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).” The lecture was delivered by Professor Nicola Hanania in Lecture Hall 1060, attended by faculty members, healthcare professionals, and individuals interested in respiratory diseases.

The session focused on the latest scientific and research developments in the diagnosis and treatment of asthma and COPD. It also covered the most recent globally recognized treatment protocols and discussed key clinical challenges associated with these conditions.

This lecture is part of the college and department’s ongoing efforts to promote scientific exchange and stay updated on the latest global medical practices, contributing to the development of healthcare competencies and the enhancement of patient care quality.
