Dr. Al-Jafn honors student Bin Khamees

Dean of the College of Medicine, Dr. Bandar Al-Jafn, honored student Jood bint Khamees bin Khamees this morning in his office, in the presence of the Vice Dean for Educational and Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Mona Suleiman, and the Vice Dean for Female Student Affairs, Dr. Hanaa Al-Blihei. The recognition came after the student achieved second place in the 2025 Arab Toxicology Knights Cup as part of the university’s team participating in the competition, held on the sidelines of the 6th International Conference on Toxicology and Pharmacology 2025 and the Global Summit for Excellence in Forensic Medical Sciences, with the participation of 27 Arab universities.

For his part, Dr. Al-Jafn praised this scientific achievement by student Bin Khamees after listening to the stages of participation in the award, which is considered a qualitative accomplishment for the college and the university.

This comes as part of the college’s commitment to supporting the scientific achievements of its male and female students at the local and international levels.
