On the 11 of Sep. 2019, King Saud University and "Nasiyat Hulm" Company signed a Memorandum of Understanding, both parties represented by the Vice-Rector for Female Student Affairs Prof.Ghada Bin Saif on behalf of KSU's Rector, and the founder of the project Mohammad Al-Zamel for co-signed.

 This agreement attended by the Vice Rector's Assistant, the Director of the Special Needs Center, and several number of KSU officials. It aims to strengthen the cooperative relations between the two institutions, support the visually impaired by providing educational methodology, books printed in Braille, besides to enrich libraries and centers for all age groups, by launching the initiative "We All Read ''.

In this regard, Prof. Ghada said: "This agreement serves the interest of both sides to build community partnership and establish integration of developmental and educational work, adding, that all these efforts were put in place to help disabilities achieve independence and to integrate them into society."
