     Under the supervision of the department of student clubs in the deanship of student affairs, the social cultural club at the college of law and political sciences held the second edition of the “2030 Leaders” forum on Sunday, February 5, 2023, in the main theater of the female student campus. 

     The forum strives to achieve ambition and develop leadership by engaging with current leaders and drawing inspiration from their experiences to create great future leaders.

     The first session was entitled, "The Ascent Journey" with prof. Adil Abdul-Jabbar. He discussed the importance of discovering a person's leadership inclinations early on, the depth of leadership and the obstacles that encounter the person, and how to overcome them to achieve the goal. 

Dr. Nawf Al-Naim and Professor Noura Al-Baz delivered the second discussion session entitled, "The Mastermind". They talked about the development of a leader, the qualities and characteristics of a good leader, and the role of emotional intelligence in leadership. 

After that, Dr. Lubna Al-Ansari, Dr. Mona Al-Maliki, and Dr. Heba Al-Jebreen, discussed who are the leaders, the challenges they face, and how the Kingdom's Vision 2030 helps young women leaders. 

The forum concluded with a speech by the dean of student affairs Dr. Ali Al-Dalbahi, in which he expressed his great pleasure with the success of this forum, thanking the leadership of the country and the university and expressing his pride in the future leaders.
