King Saud University Endowments Leased the first tower

The first tower of King Saud University Endowments has been leased. It is the second tower from northern side of King Khalid Road, with a total built-up area of 61.511 m2, and a renting area of 37.300 m2.

The tower is distinguished by its location between the medical tower and hotel tower. The tower consists of 12 floors and includes a main hall, commercial stores, meeting rooms with different capacities for office services on frequent floors, and 445 car parking
