The Vice Rectorate for Planning and Development Holds Its 2nd Meeting
The Vice Rectorate for Planning and Development held its 2nd meeting which was chaired by Dr. Yusuf Asiri, the Vice Rector. The meeting discussed a number of topics, mainly: a suggestion to reinvent the identity of the Vice Rectorate for Planning and Development, printing and distributing the organizational structure of the university, Itqan platform, and discussing the developmental needs for the upcoming phases. The meeting also tackled the preparations for the workshop on reviewing and updating the university’s strategic plan KSU2030, and any other preparations to be handled for the upcoming phase. The meeting also discussed the possibility of making a short film to introduce the Vice Rectorate and the services of its units.
It is worth mentioning that the Vice Rectorate for Planning and Development is comprised of 8 administrative entities: The Deanship of Quality and Development, The Skills Development Deanship, Statistics and Information Department, Risks Management, KUS Press, Documents Center, Training Center and Community Services, Office of Community Relations, and PMO.
The meeting was attended by: the Dean, Vice Deans, supervisors, and heads of all the entities under the Vice Rectorate for Planning and Development, and the Consultant of the Vice Rector for Planning and Development, and the Vice Rectorate’s media consultant.
