     On the 7th of April 2019,  in honor of  Her Royal Highness Princess Lamia Majed Al Saud, Secretary General of Alwaleed Philanthropy, along with an attendance of the supervisor of the program Dr. Safia  Al-Mulla, the Female Student Campus at KSU opened the second exhibit for Women's Vocational  Training.

     During a tour of the exhibit, HRH expressed her admiration for the accuracy of the displayed crafts and its excellent quality, where the works included several different designs for furniture types, decorative pieces for living rooms, bedrooms and dining halls.

     For her part, Dr. Safia Mulla praised the remarkable work of the participants and their skills, emphasizing that the vocational training program comes in line with KSU effort to empower Saudi women by providing them with professional skills, to increase their participation in the labor market.

     This program as part of KSU's efforts to empower women acknowledging their role in national economic development,  which falls in line with the Saudi Vision 2030, seeking to create decent jobs, reduce unemployment, achieve sustainable growth and support small and medium-sized enterprises, which are among the most important agents of economic growth.
