By the organization of the College of Medicine, Dr. Al-Jifn launches the campaign “Hair Loss Is Not the End.”

On Monday, November 24, 2025, the Dean of the College of Medicine, Dr. Bandar Al-Jifn, launched the “Hair Loss Is Not the End” campaign, organized by the Medicine Club, represented by the group of students interested in dermatology; with the participation of 30 male and female students and the support of the (Saudi Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery). This took place in the Plaza Lobby at the University Medical City.

The campaign covered several important topics, including introducing hair loss, its types, and its common causes, clarifying the symptoms that require seeing a doctor, and preventive and therapeutic methods. In several awareness booths, the students provided simplified information about hair diseases, causes of hair loss, initial examinations, and appropriate treatment methods, in addition to distributing informative brochures that enhance visitors’ health knowledge.

This comes as part of the College of Medicine’s commitment—through its students—to spreading knowledge, promoting community awareness, and building a culture of giving.
