University Efficiently Reschedules Final Exams for More Than 18,000 Students

As part of King Saud University’s commitment to the safety of its students, and based on reports issued by the National Center for Meteorology regarding weather conditions, the Deanship of Admission and Registration Affairs, in coordination with the university’s colleges, implemented a comprehensive plan to reschedule final examinations originally scheduled for Monday, December 15, 2025. The rescheduling process included approximately 18,000 male and female students.

The rescheduling adhered to approved academic and organizational standards, taking into consideration students’ course schedules and ensuring—whenever possible—that no student was required to sit for more than one exam on the same day. This approach ensured academic fairness while reducing pressure on students.

These efforts were carried out through structured collaboration between the Deanship of Admission and Registration Affairs and the colleges, under the direct supervision of the Vice President for Educational and Academic Affairs, Dr. Nasser Al-Daghri, and with oversight by the Acting President of the University. This reflects the university’s high level of preparedness in managing emergency situations and maintaining continuity of the educational process with efficiency and flexibility.

The university confirmed that updated examination schedules are available to students through the Academic System Portal (Edugate), urging all students to review their revised timetables and attend examinations at the specified times. The university wished all students success in their examinations.
