The Dean of the College of Medicine sponsors a workshop to qualify representatives of the Business Unit.

The Business Unit at the College of Medicine held today, Wednesday, December 24, 2025, a workshop for the qualification and preparation of Business Unit representatives at the college’s western building, under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Dr. Bandar bin Nasser Al-Jafan, with the participation of representatives from the college’s various departments.

The workshop aimed to review the upcoming work plan of the Business Unit, clarify the roles and responsibilities assigned to departmental representatives, and discuss mechanisms of cooperation and integration between the unit and the departments, contributing to improving performance efficiency and achieving the unit’s strategic objectives.

The introductory meeting included a presentation on the tasks of the Business Unit, an overview of its current achievements, as well as a review of the available incentives and opportunities, and the role of departmental representatives in supporting the unit’s work and activating its initiatives.

The workshop also featured an open discussion session that allowed for the exchange of proposals and the raising of inquiries, enhancing a collaborative work environment and supporting the development of joint working mechanisms within the college.

This workshop comes as part of the efforts of the Business Unit at the College of Medicine to enhance institutional coordination, empower personnel, and support the sustainability of initiatives in line with the university’s objectives.
