The Vice President for Educational and Academic Affairs Reviews the College of Medicine’s Readiness to Receive Male and Female Admission Candidates

The Vice President for Educational and Academic Affairs, Prof. Nasser bin Mohammed Al-Daghri, accompanied by the Dean of the Deanship of Admissions and Registration, Prof. Nasser bin Ibrahim bin Turki, visited the College of Medicine on Sunday, July 12, 2026, to review its readiness to receive male and female candidates applying for admission to the Doctor of Medicine (MD) program for the 2026–2027 academic year. The visit also included reviewing the progress of the personal interviews and the procedures governing their organization. They were received by the Vice Dean of the College of Medicine for Academic Affairs, Prof. Mona bint Mohammed Suleiman, along with members of the academic and administrative committees.
During the visit, they reviewed the work of six main committees conducting personal interviews from July 12 to 14, 2026, daily from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., according to an organized plan designed to ensure smooth procedures and high-quality implementation.
Prof. Mona bint Mohammed Suleiman affirmed that the College had completed all human and organizational preparations and mobilized its academic and administrative staff to ensure that the interviews are conducted efficiently, fairly, and transparently. She noted that these efforts provide a professional organizational environment that reflects the quality of institutional performance and contributes to attracting outstanding national talent.
At the College of Medicine's Women's Campus, the Vice Dean of the Deanship of Admissions and Registration for Admissions, Dr. Balsam Al-Suqair, accompanied by the Assistant Vice Dean for Admissions, Dr. Souad Al-Daihan, visited the venue to review the work of the four committees responsible for interviewing female candidates. They were received by the Vice Dean of the College of Medicine for Female Students' Affairs, Dr. Hanaa bint Mohammed Al-Bulaihi.
Dr. Al-Bulaihi explained that the College had provided all the necessary human and organizational resources at the women's campus to ensure that the interviews are conducted efficiently and with high-quality admission procedures, reflecting the College's commitment to providing an outstanding experience for female candidates.
