King Saud University's health department is set to celebrate some of its achievements in early April with a ceremony honoring 'The Health Window' project as well as shedding light on future plans of the Sheikh Abdullah Bahamdan Chair for Evidence-Based Health Care and Knowledge Translation (EBHC).
The highlight of the ceremony will be a discussion of “The Health Window” project, which is considered one of the most important online projects serving patients.
As part of the project, over 90 summaries of the most common diseases will be made available in both Arabic and English.
According to the supervisor of the Sheikh Abdullah Bahamdan Chair, Dr. Lubna A. Al-Ansary, the ceremony will also include a discussion of a new book published by the chair titled “How to read a randomized experiment in medical practice.”.
As well as this, other achievements of the chair will be celebrated such as its quality research, training and community service initiatives, through which it has gained distinguished scientific status, locally and internationally.
