Vice-Rectorate for Female Student Affairs held The 3rd Female Leadership Empowerment Forum in KSU Female Student Campus on Monday 25th of March, 2019. The forum  started with a dialogue session chaired by Dean of Science and Medical Studies Departments  ,Dr. Maysaa’ Al Qurashi, and Dean of Humanities Departments ,Dr. Gazeal Saad Al-aisa, addressing the role of Female leaders in achieving the Kingdom’s development goals and supporting the national strategic plan.

The ceremony began with a welcoming speech by Vice- Head of Vision Realization for Transformation Office at KSU, Dr. Abir Alharbi, who revealed that the forum is aligned with the strategic objectives of KSU. Dr. Alharbi also presented a study on converting KSU to a nonprofit independent organization.

This was followed by three dialogue sessions, Dr. Nora AL-Fayez , Former Deputy Minister of Education, chaired the third session " The Role of Female Leaders in Achieving the Kingdom’s Development Goals ". The second session "Leadership Empowerment in KSA" chaired by Dr. Taghreed Al-Haddab, Director General of Recruitment and Job Enablement Division at Ministry of Civil Service. The third session “National Strategy for Women” chaired by Dr. Hala Al-Tuwajri, General Secretary of Family Affairs Council at Ministry of Labor.

It is worth mentioning that the forum included voting for the best women's empowerment initiatives in which “Administrative Succession initiative” has won. The ceremony was concluded by awarding the speakers and  organizing committees.
