Note: Transfer between college departments is not accepted for new students who have been allocated in the college or who have been transferred to the college in the previous semester, except after passing two semesters.
2- The student must achieve the compound percentage on which the last batch depended on in the major to which the transfer is required, so that the compound percentage is calculated after the grading is done in the current semester according to the following:
Note: The number of hours in the major is calculated by subtracting 32 from the total number of hours passed in the academic record, and the maximum value of seniority is calculated when 40 or more hours are passed in the current major.
Transfer procedures between college departments:
Submitting a transfer request in the electronic system during the transfer period announced by the Deanship of Admission and Registration. Paper applications are not accepted.
Transfer requests are processed at the end of the semester.
- The fulfillment of the conditions does not mean that the transfer request will be accepted automatically. The transfer will be made only according to the available seats in each section.
- The student is responsible for requesting the equivalence of identical courses, if any, between the two majors, and must follow up the request with the department concerned with the course.
