King Abdullah Institute for Nanotechnology (KAIN) welcomed a delegation from the Scientific Club of Graduate Female Students at King Saud University, headed by Ms. Mona Abdullah ibn Salamah, Deputy Head of Scientific Club.

KSU Nanotechnology Institute Welcomes Taif University Students

King Abdullah Institute for Nanotechnology (KAIN) welcomed a delegation of 19 students from the Science Club in Taif University, headed by Sultan Alsufyani, supervisor of the club.

The purpose of the visit was to introduce the visiting students to the nanotechnology field, its nationwide significance and working areas, and the role of KAIN in the establishment of a knowledge core in this important field.

KAIN and SET Center Holds First Joint Workshop

KACST Head Prince Turki visits the KAIN

HRH Prince Turki bin Saud bin Mohammed Al Saud visited the King Abdullah Institute of Nanotechnology (KAIN), KSU on February 9, 2015. Prince Turki was welcomed by the KSU Rector Badran Al-Omar and Vice Rector for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Ahmed Al-Aameri.

KSU Starts Attoseconds Lab at Nano Institute

KSU Rector Badran Al-Omar inaugurated a special laboratory dedicated to Attoseconds  in the presence of Nobel and King Faisal prize laureates at King Abdullah Institute of Nanotechnology in College of Science. The dignitaries included:

- Professor Theodor Hänsch who holds the Nobel Prize in Physics

- Professor Paul B. Corkum winner of the King Faisal Prize in Science
