H.E. the Rector, King Saud University - Prof. Badran Al Omar - order to appoint of Dr. Turki Backer Al Backer to "Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz College for Emergency Medical Services" as "Vice Dean for College Quality & Development" since October 2016.
Dr. Al Backer is Associate Professor at College of Medicine & a Cardiac Surgeon at King Fahad Cardiac Center - KSU. Along with his medical professional experience at King Khalid University Hospital & Cleveland Clinic & Saudi MOH, he is holding an MBA in Health Management with a various background in leadership & administrative high standards projects team roles.
