Under the auspices of the Vice Rector for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, the Translation Center held a briefing session and a workshop on the 24^th. October 2017 A.D. in the Dirayah Hall; Building 17 – 4^th. Floor.

The convention targeted motivating faculty members to translate books. The center seized the opportunity to give a brief account of its services and criteria. The convention also aimed at developing them through the exposure to experiences of winners of translation awards in the university, locally and internationally.
