The closing ceremony of the volunteer work at King Saud University

The Volunteering Office at King Saud University, under the patronage of Her Excellency the Vice President for Student Affairs, Dr. Ghada bint Abdulaziz bin Saif, held the closing ceremony for the university's volunteering activities on the ZOOM platform.

Where Dr. bin Saif emphasized on the importance of volunteer work and its role in community service, pointing to the active role of universities in highlighting this field, especially as it is not a new field, but rather one of the areas that our country has always emphasized on under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman.

Her Excellency also encouraged the younger generation, being the most effective group in volunteer work, to initiate and search for volunteer opportunities because of their positive impact in promoting the spirit of happiness and satisfaction by helping others.

The Supervisor of the Volunteering Office, Dr. Majeedah Al-Najim, thanked everyone for their efforts, wishing to achieve record numbers of volunteers and voluntary initiatives at King Saud University, which are always distinguished by the quality of outputs and contribute to spreading the culture of volunteering in society. She also welcomed any innovative idea or initiative that could provide a distinct community service that could be implemented by volunteers.

Finally, the most distinguished volunteer teams were honored. Where the environmental protection team won the ideal team award. And, volunteer May Abdullah Al-Mubairik won the ideal volunteer award.
