Counseling and Guidance Center Celebrates the Social Service Day

Counseling  and Guidance Center held an event to celebrate the World Social Work Day, in collaboration with the colleges of the female student campus. The event was held in front of Princess Sara Library on 30th of March.

The event contained seven booths aiming to raise the awareness about the social work, and interactive dialogues sessions with a social workers. Specialist Taghreed Al-Dubaian opened the dialogue sessions with an introduction about the role and mission of the social workers. After that Specialist Shamma Al-Dosari talked about the functions of the social workers. In the followed session Specialest Alanoud Al-Tabishi explained the concepts of social work. The final session by Specialist Safrah Al-Bogami was about the role of the social workers in the social welfare.
